A freight platform for multiple businesses.

I’m working with Omega Sierra to help build a multi-tenant freight platform. Nautica is one of its tenants. My role combines technical leadership, application development and agentic AI integration.

Shared capabilities, tenant-specific operations

The platform separates shared product capabilities from each tenant’s branding, configuration and specialised workflows. Tenant installations have their own application and data environment.

AI connected to real freight work

The work includes freight quoting and operational workflows, alongside assistant integrations that connect business tools to conversational interfaces. Permissions, review and controlled changes are part of the design.

A repeatable path from development to release

Shared code, tenant setup and deployment are treated as separate responsibilities, with versioned releases and checks before changes reach a live environment. This is ongoing work.
